Private-pay sessions built around the time you need
Couples sessions are $50 per 15-minute unit. Insurance is not accepted for couples therapy. You can choose the number of units that fits what you need that day, based on availability. Sixty minutes is $200 and 90 minutes is $300.
Affirming care across both states
Brittany Orzola, LISW/LCSW, provides queer-affirming, trans-affirming, poly and consensual non-monogamy affirming, kink-positive, secular couples therapy. Sessions focus on communication, active listening, empathy, emotional regulation, attachment patterns, marital and premarital concerns, and reconnection.
Both partners must be physically located in Iowa or Missouri at the time of the telehealth session. Each partner receives their own login and link and may join from a separate private location if needed.
